Laura Rice

I live in the Southside of Glasgow with my son Sam and husband Steven. I am a yoga teacher and studio owner.

I was brought up on a small holding so I’m an animal lover and I have a bulldog named Mogwai. I studied French and Spanish at university and lived and worked abroad before settling back in Scotland. I love cooking, swimming and yoga.

Making my passion for yoga into a career has been a really rewarding experience and I chose to broaden this to include postnatal care. I passionately believe that the concept of a struggling mother doing everything on her own should be challenged.

Modern day living is a solitary experience except motherhood was never set up to be that way. As the saying goes it takes a village and rightly so.
