I offer birth and postnatal doula support in and around Hertfordshire, including in London. I’ve been a breastfeeding counsellor since 2013 and breastfeeding support is interwoven throughout my postnatal visits.

I’m also a baby massage instructor, babywearing peer supporter and holistic sleep coach, and can offer these skills to my clients as well. I especially love to cook for clients and am happy to suggest dishes or use your recipes to create your favourite foods.

When I’m not at work, you will probably find me at home, with my husband, three sons, and three dogs!
