Nic Shepherd

I live in Selsey, by the sea, with my husband and my two children. My first daughter’s birth was traumatic and I felt as though I was not in control, with no knowledge or understanding of the process I was going through.

I decided after the birth of my second daughter that I wanted to be involved in the birth world, to help other people giving birth to know their rights and to feel supported and powerful.

When not supporting parents I can be found either taking photos or sipping a nice glass of prosecco (or sometimes both).
