I am a Birth and Postnatal doula and Birth Educator, founder of Maternity Engagement Action which is a perinatal engagement organisation working with Black and Brown women.

I am a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Emotional Emancipation Circle facilitator and a qualified Achievement Specialist coach. I am also an outreach consultant with Best Beginnings promoting the Baby Buddy app and the Parent Leaders and Parent Champions programmes.

I have many years’ experience in community engagement, involvement and consultation.
