Hello! I’m Gina, a yoga teacher, pregnancy & postnatal yoga teacher, and a doula based between Leicester, Milton Keynes and London.

I’m the founder of RECHAKA, (pronounced ray-chuck or ray-chuck-uh), inspired by the Sanskrit term for ‘exhalation’. Notice that it’s the exhale that helps your body soften?

I create spaces that cultivate your inner calm and aim to guide you through matresence/your journey to becoming a parent.

I offer birth prep through antenal education, movement, breath work and partner workshops; practical, emotional and spiritual support during your birth and postpartum support at your home.
