I provide emotional, mental and practical support as well as advocacy and education to prepare and support the whole family through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Within the ancient wisdom of shamanism, birth is understood as a transformative rites of passage that can connect you to a deep sense of power. As a shamanic practitioner, I am interested in nurturing your connection to this power and the innate wisdom of your body, to help you have the best birth possible for you, baby and your ancestral line.

• Nature based energy medicine to provide comfort, relieve tension, anchor trust and spiritual relationship with baby and your body during pregnancy and birth
• Attendance at your birth, as a gentle presence, to protect your process and birthing space and to advocate for you and your body’s needs.
