Already a birthworker? Step into Ethical Leadership.
Deepen your anti-racist practice, strengthen your systems, and lead with integrity.
You’ve trained.
You support families.
You understand the responsibility that comes with birthwork.
But you also know that ethical practice requires more than good intentions.
It requires sustained anti-racist commitment, accountability, and leadership.
This pathway supports that work.
Anti-Racism is not an add-on.
Birthwork sits inside systems shaped by race, power, and history.
To practise ethically means confronting that reality – not occasionally, but consistently.
This pathway exists for birthworkers who are ready to move beyond awareness and into sustained practice and leadership.
A pathway for Ethical Leadership.
This journey moves through three stages:
Responsibility → Practice → Leadership
Each stage deepens your ability to hold your work – and your influence – with integrity.
Taking responsibility
This is where many people begin. Not with shame or performance, but with honesty.
Awakening Seeds (£90)
Awakening Seeds is the only anti-racism course created specifically for birthworkers that takes you beyond theory, beyond performance, and into the daily practice of unlearning white supremacy and building embodied habits of justice. It gives you the historical grounding, the practical tools, and the accountability framework you need to not just “know better,” but to do better – even when no one is watching.

Embodied Practice
Awareness alone does not create change. This stage moves the work from knowledge into action.

Cultivating Liberation
Cultivating Liberation is a six-week live, intimate container where awareness becomes embodied anti-racist practice.
This is not introductory training. It is a practice space.
The focus is on self-awareness, relational accountability, and community practice so that anti-racism becomes something you live, not something you understand.
Ethical Leadership
This is where the work becomes integrated. Not just personally – but structurally.
Branches of Legacy
Anti-racism isn’t a destination – it’s a practice. Branches of Legacy is for birthworkers ready to go deeper, weaving anti-racism into every layer of their work. This is intimate, high-touch, transformational work.
Six months of high-touch 1:1 work embedding everything you’ve learned into your systems, relationships, and leadership.

Leadership requires community
Because ethical leadership is sustained in community – not isolation.

The Legacy Collective
Legacy Collective is the membership for people who have completed any of my courses and want ongoing practice, ongoing perspective, and ongoing accountability. Not more information for the sake of it. Not more “content” to consume. A place to stay honest, keep integrating, and keep moving in a way that matches your values.
If you are tired of doing this work alone, in bursts, or only when you are in a container, this is for you.
Anti racism is not a destination.
It is a practice we return to again and again.
Through responsibility. Through repair. Through leadership.
This pathway exists to support birthworkers committed to doing that work properly.
