Blessings! I am Myah(she/her), a Doula and birth companion. Congratulations on the news of your new arrival. I’m looking forward to journeying with you as you transition into new parenthood. I am a toddler Mother, a music lover, and a lover of nature. I like to sing and dance my way through life as I pour into my community, and I am most passionate about Black liberation, land justice, and of course, positive birth outcomes. Whether you are a first-time parent or welcoming baby number 6, pregnancy and birth is a sacred time. During this transformational period, new parents deserve to feel heard, safe, and celebrated. As you go through the motions of pregnancy, birth and beyond, I hope to walk alongside you to ensure this is so.
