I have been a birth doula since 2012. I also support post natal recovery and am a qualified homeopath, lay herbalist and pelvic steam practitioner. Doula mentor and educator. I am a somatics practitioner, yoga teacher, embodied movement facilitator and post-partum body worker with a focus on holding racialised trauma and sexual boundary violation.
