I'm Iona, a Birmingham born & bred Caribbean (Jamaican to be precise) Muslim mama to my fabulous tribe of five who have given me the most and best life lessons and the reasons why I think next to Womanhood, Motherhood rocks!
An avid reader, plant mama, lightworker, random dancer and lover of cultures and traditions especially the ones that are family orientated and included tasty foods. 😊

When not tending to my own tribe, you'll find me the inner city schools teaching and supporting the coolest SEN children around!

Birth Work is my calling and passion so making sure mothers are seen and heard, loved and laughing, infomed and educated, comfortable and at peace as they journey in, through and beyond in motherhood and parenthood is ital and vital in my work and what I'm about when creating and holding space for them all.
