You’ve done the courses. You’ve done the reading. You know better.

The knowledge ends here: the moment a client says something racist and your stomach drops. The moment a colleague makes “a joke” and the whole room laughs. The moment you realise your silence has been part of the harm.
No course fixes that.
What fixes that is practice. Accountability. A room small enough that you can’t disappear, and safe enough that you don’t have to perform.
Six-month mentorship for white allies in maternity who are ready to integrate anti-racism into leadership, practice, and life.
Not as an identity. As an action.
As a legacy you can stand behind.
Six months | Cohorts of 5 | Runs 3 times a year | £2,400
You’re a birthworker – or work in maternity spaces – and you want to lead with integrity in a system that rewards avoidance.
You identify as a white ally and “trying your best” is no longer enough of a plan.
You’ve completed Awakening Seeds (or another foundational course) and Cultivating Liberation. You know the ideas. The next step is integration.
You want support that helps you act in real moments; not just agree in theory.
You’re willing to be challenged, and you want to stay connected while you change.
This is not a beginner programme. Not a box-tick. Not for people who want reassurance without responsibility.
Maternity spaces are not neutral.
Racism in birth work is not theoretical. It’s clinical. It’s structural. It’s interpersonal. It determines who gets believed, who gets treated, who survives.
Being a “nice” practitioner does not make you a safe one.
If you’re a white birthworker, you already have influence in the room; you had it before you acknowledged it. Branches of Legacy is for the people who are ready to use that influence responsibly.
One group session per month.
Five people means you will be seen, known and held to what you say you value.
In the group we:
One private 60-minute coaching session per month.
We work with what is actually happening in your work and life:
No hypotheticals. Real situations. Real decisions. Real shifts.
This is not “listen and nod”.
Between sessions you will have:
This is where the work becomes yours.
monthly group mentoring sessions
monthly 1:1 coaching calls (60 minutes each)
integration work between sessions
for practice and accountability
The knowledge ends here.
By the end of Branches of Legacy, you won’t be finished.
But you will be steadier.
You’ll have a clearer leadership stance and the capacity to stand in it. More room for honest conversations without spiralling. Practical tools for intervention and repair in maternity spaces. An integration rhythm that makes this sustainable rather than performative.
And the quiet confidence that comes from action, not identity.
You stop relying on intention to prove who you are.

Six month container.
Cohorts are small by design: 5 people. Runs 3 times a year.
Application only. Not to make it exclusive – to make it the right room.
The application checks that you have the foundations for this level of work, that you’re ready for mentorship rather than more information, and that the cohort is aligned enough to hold the depth.
Ideally yes - this mentorship assumes foundational understanding is already in place. If you've done equivalent training elsewhere, apply and we'll assess fit.
No. It's mentorship. You'll be supported to integrate the work into real decisions, real practice, and real leadership; over six months, not in a module.
That fear is part of why this exists. The container isn't about never getting it wrong. It's about meeting being wrong with accountability instead of avoidance.
Three cohorts per year, five places per cohort.
Stop circling. Start practising.
Not loudly. Not perfectly. Consistently.
